Loom is looking for a Product Designer on our Integrations team. You'll be responsible for delivering Loom integrations within the Atlassian product suite, working alongside a Lead Product Designer. You'll design Loom's embedded experiences end-to-end from recording to playback to organization - reaching millions of people inside the Atlassian products they already use every day for work.

This is a remote role. To help our teams work together, you must be located between PST and EST.
What you'll do
- Impact millions of users globally as you empower them to maximize the full potential of Atlassian products.
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering partners to represent the design team and advocate the user voice.
- Design end-to-end experiences b/w Loom and Atlassian, from concept to pixel-perfect design
- Contribute to vision, roadmapping, design critique, sprint planning, and product and design channels.
- Contribute to the Lens Design System and Atlassian Design System.
- Inspire a culture of design excellence, where innovation is the norm.
- 2+ years of product design experience.
- Experience in Product Design organizations that have shipped software to users, working closely with Product and Engineering teammates to develop the strategy and rationale for features.
- Demonstrable experience working with data, conducting and measuring product design experiments, and a passion for setting and achieving OKRs and metrics that materially impact the business.
- An outstanding portfolio, with presentable case studies showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, product sense, and idea generation.
- Experience collaborating with a diverse team in a rapid growth environment. Huge plus if you've worked with remote teammates and understand the communication patterns of working with highly distributed teams.

- Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.
