The Teamwork Foundations Solutions Marketing Team is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to help communicate the value of using Atlassian's Teamwork Foundations across all business and tech teams in an organization.
If you have experience in enterprise product marketing at large SaaS companies, you'll find that your skillsets translate very well to this horizontal enterprise solutions marketing role. You will help refine the real tangible and quantifiable benefits customers can expect to receive as they adopt Atlassian's System of Work.

In this role, you will:
- Help develop the cross-product value propositions within Atlassian's System of Work
- Explore new ways to showcase how Atlassian uses Atlassian tools to obtain value
- Shape our awareness and demand campaigns targeting important persona targets
- Become an expert on the competitive landscape and provide important insights to sellers
- Explore the post-sales journey for customers and improve the experience
Your background:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise product marketing
- Experience positioning latest technology/ideas in new categories and to new audiences
- Understand how to build messaging
- Never-ending market and tech curiosity
- Proficiency in presenting and story-telling
- Comfort with autonomy and little hand holding
- Desire to build and be a part of something great
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $173,300 - $231,000
Zone B: $155,900 - $207,900
Zone C: $143,800 - $191,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
