As the Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in nurturing a high-performance environment focused on customer growth within small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Compensation

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $129,600 - $172,800
Zone B: $116,700 - $155,600
Zone C: $107,600 - $143,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Drive sales and revenue growth by leading a sales-driven team of Growth Customer Advocates dedicated to growing the top accounts within the SMB segment.
- Increase sales and revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound sales prospecting activities.
- Support marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness within the target market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and quotas to achieve team targets.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the team, ensuring their success in meeting individual and team goals while maintaining a "customer first" culture.
- Coach, motivate, and inspire team members, providing ongoing development to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Monitor sales metrics, track team performance, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product to align efforts and maximize customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve team strategies.
- Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience leading a sales team with a quota.
- Experience increasing sales and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with sales processes, prospecting techniques, and lead-generation strategies.
- Experience in forecasting sales, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software.
