Channel Program Manager, 2024 Graduate U.S.

Mountain View, CA / Remote

Atlassian's Channel community is growing, and we are looking for amazing team members to help us take our Channel Program to the next level. In this role, you will assist in building, launching, and managing the Atlassian partner program, along with working on project-based initiatives for partners in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions. These programs are responsible for helping to build a robust ecosystem of partners that will position, sell, and service Atlassian products and solutions to customers.

You will work with business segments, regional field organizations, and our partners to help evolve our partner program, motivating and exciting our channel partners. In this role, you will assist in building, launching, and managing the requirements and benefits for the program and initiatives to accelerate partner business and optimize engagement.

  • Support the implementation of channel partner programs or initiatives to help achieve our key results.
  • Assist cross-functional teams in planning and executing program launches and ensuring ongoing operations run smoothly.
  • Help create internal and external program documents to clearly identify the benefits, terms and conditions, rules of engagement, and marketing that support programs globally.
  • Aid in the launch, communication, and change management for channel programs.
  • Gather and manage feedback from channel partners and internal teams on the programs and assist in implementing a roadmap of changes to support our objectives.
  • Assist in establishing key results to measure the success of channel programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, channel managers, operations, finance, and technical teams at all levels within the company to help identify, design, and implement business processes necessary for successful global channel partner programs.


  • Must have graduated by May or June of 2024 in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience or internships in a software or cloud organization.
  • The ability to plan, design, and execute a program for external Channel Partners using requirements and rewards to drive motivational behavior aligned with our Channel strategy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, financial/analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership and channel partners.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage messaging/positioning, program management, and broad execution capabilities. You should be able to motivate, leverage, and manage internal teams on a project basis to accomplish the program strategy.
  • Experience or coursework in business planning, financial modeling, and data analytics to justify programs and roadmaps.
  • Experience with or knowledge of partner communications through various channels such as partner portals, social media, and email.
  • A desire to use dashboards, reports, and charts to communicate and inform your team on the progress of initiatives.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to our unique business model, even if you are new to leading channel programs and teams.

It's great, but not required, if you have:

  • Internship or project experience in channel programs or channel marketing/sales.
  • Relevant coursework or a Master's Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Exposure to channel marketing and partner/sales operations through internships or academic projects.

Compensation At Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $71,300 - $95,100

Zone B: $64,200 - $85,600

Zone C: $59,300 - $79,000

Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience.
