Atlassian is looking for a Associate Business Systems Analyst to support our Pre-Sales processes. This role will partner with Sales Teams, Sales Tech, Sales Systems teammates, and more to support key projects & processes needed for Atlassian's growing Sales team. This role sits within the Sales Systems & Process team in Revenue Operations.

The Associate Business Systems Analyst is an individual contributor who is interesting in growing their BSA skillset focused on Pre-Sales. Candidates should have some experience working in Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Technology, and have some familiarity with how technical & business teams work together to deliver solutions that drive change & scale.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with senior teammates to support our Sales Development, Account Executive, Sales Solution, and Solution Engineer teams.
  • Partner with our internal technology teams to support and deliver capabilities needed to scale & optimize our lead-to-cash processes.
  • Support Pre-Sales projects & processes by participating in testing & requirements gathering.
  • Provide frontline support to users and help triage & solve issues.
  • Perform systems administration on sales systems/tools.
  • Perform testing on changes related to tooling, lead routing, and more.
  • Partner with our Enablement team to create trainings on Pre-Sales processes.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Technology.
  • Experience administering or using Salesforce from an operational perspective.
  • Familiarity with common sales tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and more.
  • Excel skills - you know how to how to use common Excel functions like vlookups.
  • Familiarity with different software subscription models and cloud software sales models.
  • Familiarity with an Enterprise Sales funnel, including the teams & processes on the journey from lead to cash.
  • You are a quick learner who is not afraid to dive-in to complex topics, learn-by-doing, and ask questions.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $106,600 - $142,100

Zone B: $95,900 - $127,900

Zone C: $88,400 - $117,900

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
