Role and responsibilities
  • You will serve as an analyst providing structured or on-demand reports to departments and analyzing and filtering data and information as required
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide reporting and analysis requirements.
  • Generate business insights by converting performance data into visuals, reports and dashboards
  • Establish and maintain relevant information database for analysis
  • Interacts with cross-functional stakeholders and is able to raise and explain issues; methods, results and recommendations
  • ASML Performance Management support.
  • Performs and lead other duties as assigned
  • Manage, drive and sustain the logistics department's organizational development programs aimed at competency and training development, performance management and structural improvements such as:
    • KPI dashboard development, implementation and reporting
    • Inventory and non-inventory reporting and analytics such as inventory item usage, inventory age, cost analysis, shelf life tracking and other processes
    • Support logistics and cross-department with relevant data
    • Assist the team in the development and rollout of learning, skills and programs
    • Excellent problem solving skills are also required.
    • At least one year of hands on administrative or logistics support experience

Education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience collecting and analyzing financial information
  • Advanced Excel knowledge - Ability to effectively use spreadsheets, charts, tables, calculations and automation to process large amounts of data
  • Strong project management skills with superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Experience working in organizational and/or technical training environment preferred
  • Experience working in a project management role
  • Experience working in a world-wide organization with multiple global locations desired
  • Candidates with knowledge/practical experience in ERP systems (Oracle and SAP) are preferred.

  • Skill with using a variety of computer applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, e-mail, SAP, Oracle, Learning Management System, and scheduling applications) required
  • Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
  • Analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to address multiple priorities and manage a variety of resources based on detailed project plans
  • Ability to manage complex situations with diverse requirements with good judgment
  • Ability to influence/negotiate through formal and informal networks.
  • Performance consulting skills to identify business drivers and analyze client learning needs
  • Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to communicate openly, clearly, concisely and professionally both written and verbally with core team andmanagement

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$88,875-148,125
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
