Introduction to the job
We are looking for a highly talented individual to join our Software Quality Assurance team. In this position, you will be participating the project involving test design, test execution and test report and learn the test methodologies and test automation for the ASML world-class products. You will have the opportunity to work with software developers, hardware engineers and the application engineering organization on a regular basis.
Role and responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

- Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Monitor debugging process results.
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Education and experience
- Master's, Bachelor and/or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or any related engineering fields
- Knowledge of operating system, relational database, concurrent computing,
- Client/server architecture, network protocols, and file system management.
- Knowledge of software lifecycle and quality engineering methodology
- Good numerical analysis and logic thinking skills
- Familiar with programming languages: Python, C/C++, Java, Perl or shell scripting
- Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to excel in cross functional, team environment
The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$78,375-130,625
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
