Service and Test Engineer

Vancouver, WA

Introduction

EO technical solutions (EOT) is a parts repair organization based in Vancouver Washington. EOT was acquired by ASML in 2023.

EOT is a small organization (currently 25 FTE) focused on the PAS platform. Its repair portfolio consists of more than 200 different parts. Besides parts repair, it also provides customer training and customer field support. Since EOT is a standalone business, it has all business functions in house. It also has its own cleanroom where systems are used for part testing and training. Its mission is to generate value for ASML by scaling its repair volume and support the overall ASML repair ecosystem by developing repair procedures for other repair centers. For this its scope will broaden beyond the PAS platform and also work on (N)XT parts.
