ASML US brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world's leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon. This position will be part of the Capability Center within ASML Business Services with a primary focus on ASML US projects. It provides guidance to drive stakeholder engagement and project requirements assessment, and will support business transformation projects. This role will lead the change management process and support Project Managers with their running transformation projects.

• Engage with technical and business users nationwide to solicit and refine project use cases and requirements
• Create a strategy for user adoption of a new tool
• Communicate with key stakeholders on impacts to their organizations
• Create a communication campaign to raise awareness of the project
• If time permits, execute the communication plan

• Working towards a degree in business, project management, communications, marketing or equivalent.
• Familiar with business project management.
• Familiar with implementation of business transformation, integration and change projects.
• Familiar with running projects using waterfall and agile methodology.
• Familiar in applying lean methodology.
• Experience with working in a (project) team.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

• This position is located on-site in San Diego, CA. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
