This position is based in EUV Manufacturing Group within the manufacturing sector in Wilton, Connecticut.
As a Manufacturing Project Coordinator, you are the driver of program-and project management of several PE Projects, including AIR admin, cycle time and labor hour reporting, and field failure return tracking of modules. Together with the Manufacturing Manager(s) you drivethe project management process and oversee the complete product scope.
Job Description
This role is positioned as an independent team member of a manufacturing project team that is responsible for the development of ourstate-of-the-art lithography machines. Person is expected to deliver non-technicalproject support, planning and organization optimization, typically from initiation through delivery.
A Project Coordinator:
- Acts as a recognizedbusiness partner by enabling effective decisions making on all levels
- Initiates, participates or leads & implements theroll-out and embedding of project (program) standards and processes related toa.o. project planning, product generation process, effective decision making,reporting, change control, risk management and quality
- Responsible for the administration of Issue Resolution process (Internally known as AIR) including setting up templates and weekly review meetings
- Responsible for the administration of Process Quality Audits, ensuring timely updates
- Responsible for the administration of Cycle Time reporting for EUV (EXE) in the factory
- Scopes, manages and implements improvement projectsaligned with program needs in line with department vision
- Contributes to the development of the multi-year ProgramStrategy, and actively driving the MFG mission and vision
- Pro-actively assists,enables and challenges all stakeholders
- Builds andmaintains enduring relationships with ASML senior (program and project)executives and act as a 'Trusted Advisor' on matters relating to Program andproject management
- Manages a complexorganizational environment

Education
Minimum bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Management, Engineering,Science) required.
Experience
- 5+ years of workexperience in project or service delivery management. Experience within matrixorganizations, technical environments, program management and/or project management is abonus.
- Basic projectmanagement and process development knowledge.
- Experienced withusing applications Outlook, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Certifications (PMP, Lean,Scum) a plus

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to occasionally work in a Cleanroom environment (constant 72℉; working under ISO 9001/14001 standards)
- Must be able to occasionally work in full PPE (full body coveralls, hood, clean room safety shoes, face mask, nitrile gloves, safety glasses) for entire duration of shift and re-gown multiple times per day
- Routinely required to sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands to keyboard, use fingers to handle and feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretch
- Must be able to perform solo lifts and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required -- close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to work with/on ladders, work on platforms, work around chemicals, operate overhead cranes, fork trucks and motorized pallet jacks.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
