Responsible for the uptime, repair, and maintenance of complex equipment in a multi-faceted manufacturing environment. You will be a key technical, and maintenance program contributor for Optical Fabrication. Good communication skills are required both verbal and written, providing daily updates for equipment statuses, maintenance performed and open tasks, while supporting improvements in equipment maintenance program. You will engage in the adoption and industrialization of new products and new processes through collaboration and partnership with Operations and Engineering. Individual should be a team player who enjoys the success of team members as much as who enjoy personal success.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Roles and responsibilities:
Shift: CWW Back End Days 6am-6pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and alternating Wednesdays.
Occasional overtime may be needed. Including for verbal pass down with oncoming shift.
Primary Areas ACM, OFS, OFP
Support of additional Optical departments OFC and CEL as needed.
Key Areas of Responsibility (KAR's):
- For excessive downtime or repeating events, participate in Structured Problem solving with team, using 4C or A3 problem solving formats.
- Effective at planned maintenance, with attention to detail and care.
- Maintain safety stock, organized in a 5S LEAN way, with accurate availability.
- Must be able to work safely and follow policies and procedures in an industrial environment under minimal supervision.
- Candidate will be required to wear PPE and embrace ASML 5S requirements.
Education and experience
- The position requires 3+ years of electro-mechanical experience, and one of the following: AS degree, Technical Certification, Automotive Certification, Military Technical training, BS engineering, Technical, Manufacturing or equivalent experience.
- Experience with CNC, Polishers, Complex manufacturing equipment preferred. Including integrated controls and mechanics for stable processes
- Siemens or Allen Bradley Controls/ PLC experience a plus.
- Manufacturing operation acumen.
- Strong LEAN manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
- Computer proficiency with MS Outlook 365 applications, with knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP system.
- Familiar with working in ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Skills
• Skilled troubleshooter to identifying root cause of a failure and repair.
• Predictive Maintenance; support implementation of it, utilize data to improve reliability and stable processes.
• Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and statuses.
• Ensure Production Support Teams succeeds at supporting the Optical Fabrication, operations.
• Interpersonal skills to work with management, engineering, and technicians to establish and complete priority activities and maintenance schedules.
• Self-starter attitude and good manual dexterity is needed for system assemblies.
