Introduction to the Job

ABS Customer Operations is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of commercial quotations and sales orders for all ASML products (systems, options and services) within the ASML Business Services area of ASML. It is a challenging position in a dynamic and internationally- oriented environment with tight deadlines and a direct impact on ASML's financial results.

The ideal candidate is responsive to customer (internal and external) needs while maintaining applicable compliance rules. Can analyze and manage non-standard transactions, by interpreting procedures within established frameworks and selecting the appropriate route using own judgement.

  • The Financial analyst Order management Desk monitors the registration of commercial quotations and sales order while focusing on process optimization.
  • Assuring accurate, complete and in-time follow-up and registration of quotation and order process;
  • Driving value added feedback and review to ensure compliance of quotations and orders in financial administration;
  • Closely co-operate and communicate with Global Sales Support team members to ensure sales orders eventually result in correct revenue recognition compliant with US GAAP.
  • Closely co-operate and communicate with account managers and account support for quotation and orders updates
  • Closely co-operate and communicate with other stakeholders in the process
  • Proactively seeking for continuous improvements in the execution of own and group activities, by improving efficiency and driving standardization.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance and/or Business Economics.
  • 3 or more years' experience, preferably in an internationally oriented, publicly-traded financeor commercial operations department or at an international accounting firm.
  • Experience with SAP ECC / SD is preferred.

Other Information
  • It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
  • A flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).
  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • May require travel dependent on business needs.
