Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and evaluate programmatic activities or initiatives to promote nursing practice and high quality patient care.
- Lead, participate in, or support enterprise-wide improvement teams, functions or initiatives related to nursing practice.
- Utilize data to promote clinical practice, positive patient outcomes, and evidence based practices in all nursing initiatives.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and enhancement of care delivery and the professional practice of nursing.
- Address and resolve project issues to ensure goals remain on track.
- Promote the development, implementation, and sustainment of professional governance activities across the organization.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Additional Preferences
- MSN Required with DNP Preferred
- Must be Registered Nurse
