The Workday Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Workday integration tools and methodologies, along with experience in managing complex integration projects.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve
- Design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Monitor and optimize existing integrations for efficiency and reliability.
- Document integration processes, technical specifications, and support procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements to leverage new features and best practices.
- Project Management including gathering of requirements, follow up on project tasks, timeline, planning and effort estimations
- Maintenance and support of outbound and inbound integrations in the existing Workday Integrations catalog
About you
- 5+ years of Workday HCM; Integrations
- Proficiency in HCM, EIBs, Studio, and Core Connectors with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, along with experience using Workday Extend.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with API integrations and data mapping techniques.
- Enthusiastic about solving complex, system-to-system integration problems.
- Familiarity with integration frameworks and middleware solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Deep working knowledge of Technical and Functional Configurations, Workday Studio, Integration design patterns and development
