We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. We continue to grow, with a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content creation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing.

Your journey as a Digital Content Author will be dynamic and impactful, as you create compelling web and email experiences that drive engagement and business results. Joining a global team, managed by our Digital Creative Technologist in Warsaw and closely collaborating with our Digital team in San Francisco, you will actively shape Asana's digital presence. This role is a unique blend of content publishing and technical expertise, focusing on building and maintaining content across various digital platforms. You will be part of a creative and collaborative environment, aimed at delivering excellence and ensuring consistency across Asana's digital channels

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

  • Engage with content management systems to create and publish impactful web content and email campaigns.
  • Design and test responsive landing pages and email templates to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Uphold a rigorous QA process, maintaining digital delivery excellence and ensuring content consistency.
  • Implement SEO best practices and accessibility standards to maximize audience reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the brand team and global team members to deliver creative and cohesive digital experiences.
  • Contribute to maintaining content libraries and ensure cross-platform consistency, helping support content migrations and updates.
  • Develop content calendars, assist with stakeholder coordination, and maintain content process documentation.
  • Facilitate project progress updates and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and voice.

About you

  • Participated effectively in digital content production, demonstrating 1-2 years of experience.
  • Harnessed strong organizational skills with experience in content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Applied basic HTML and CSS knowledge, alongside an understanding of SEO and web accessibility fundamentals.
  • Managed digital asset management systems, contributing to seamless digital asset organization.
  • Leveraged content management systems like Contentful and Experience Cloud for impactful digital presentations.
  • Collaborated using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance creative outputs.
  • Engaged with project management tools like Asana to track and optimize project workflows.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 9,750 PLN - 11,917 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions) . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and  sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
