Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Federal tax compliance and tax examinations including the review of work performed by tax accountants. Financial statement tax accounting at year-end and throughout the year. Thorough review of tax returns required for US international tax reporting such as 5471, 8858, 1118, etc. Provide constant review and analysis of international income tax provisions, including FIN 48, APB 23, International ETR. Perform tax due diligence of international targets.
  • Using expertise and knowledge to determine if FIN 48 adjustments are required to be booked and appropriately identify process and explanation.
  • Prepare Form 5471/1118-calculate GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, FDII inputs.
  • Manage tax compliance process by remaining up to date on relevant changes or required implementations.
  • Ensure existing policies and procedures are followed internally.
  • Coordinate and implement international tax planning initiatives. Proactively conduct international tax research.
  • Conduct tax planning analysis with respect to cross-border transactions. Monitor global transfer pricing policies.

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar education and 10+ years experience
  • Experience working for a large accounting firm or multi-national company
  • Guides other in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
  • Serves as an expert within own discipline
  • Serves as resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects
  • Trains/mentors junior staff
  • Works independently

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$116,900.00 - $145,200.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
