Job Overview
Working within the EMEA Quality Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting quality processes and maintaining high standards of compliance across the organization. The position will focus on managing quality assurance issues, analyzing data, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. You will also assist with customer complaints, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Customer Experience (CE) with quality assurance issues.
- Analyze data and generate quality reports for the EMEA region.
- Handle customer complaints, support 8D reporting.
- Collaborate and coordinate with departments to resolve quality-related queries and issues.

Requirements
- 3+ years in quality department or equivalent customer support or aftersales function.
- Proficiency in data analysis, MS Office. Experience in Quality systems would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and address quality concerns effectively.
