Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician I to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery in accordance with operational guidelines.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and monitoring of production line machinery.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document production processes and outcomes as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of production equipment and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if necessary.
