We are seeking an NPI Coordinator to join our ENG team at Arrow. In this role, you will make the ENG team more efficient. This person will be responsible for scheduling and capacity planning as a full-time job.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Using the scheduling and status tools available in Oracle DMS to create and maintain an engineering schedule and level load engineering team's workload
  • Obtain first-hand information from the engineering teams order issues, capacities, and constraints to adapt customer communication and help set expectations for the engineering projects.
  • Works with the Project Managers to align critical projects into the engineering schedules.
    Alert engineering teams of stage gate issues such as inaccuracies in routings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Customer expectation information, etc. which subsequently deteriorates the efficiencies of the engineering schedule.
  • React and respond to frequent disruptions to the engineering schedules created by order issues or material availability and work with the engineering teams to quickly resolve issues and re-schedule engineering orders.
  • Work with internal teams to help set expectations and communicate and reset expectations as needed.
  • Establish the ability to respond quickly to these disruptions while attempting to minimize the customer impact.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office)

  • Requires 2+ years of planning or scheduling experience
  • Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
  • Completes work under moderate supervision
  • Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
  • Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$29.75 - $36.36

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
