Marketing Administrator
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks that support our marketing and finance processes. You will keep our finance tool up to date with invoices and payments, assist in creating email campaigns using Eloqua, and handle updates and minor changes on our website. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in marketing and an interest in gaining further experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all invoices and payments are accurately recorded and updated in the finance tool.
- Coordinate with the finance and marketing teams to reconcile discrepancies and track budgets.
- Build and schedule email campaigns in Eloqua, ensuring accurate content and branding.
- Support email segmentation, testinag, and performance reporting.
- Update website content such as text, images, and links.
- Implement minor changes and collaborate with the web development team for larger updates.
- Assist in organizing marketing materials and maintaining project timelines.
- Support the team in coordinating marketing initiatives and events as needed.

Qualifications:
- Near-native proficiency in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in marketing administration or project management, with basic knowledge of finance tools and processes.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Eloqua experience preferred) and content management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of web design or editing tools is a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
