ERP Functional Analyst
Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is hiring for an ERP Functional Analyst responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Enhance, design, and deploy my.WORKspace (MWS) application and work alongside related business organizations in real time to assist with functionality of the application.
- Contribute to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems.
- Provide project coordination and functional expertise for sales information systems.
- Support internal employees with my.WORKspace (MWS) application.
- Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products, services or processes.

What We're Looking For:
- 7-8 years experience with Oracle ERP platform experience.
- Experience collaborating and educating business teams on system operation and usage.
- Experience with system functionality, upgrades and improvements using technical knowledge and collaboration with various teams within the business.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Contributes to process improvements.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2days work from home
