What You Will Be Doing

As a Digital Marketing Specialist - Marketing Automation, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, managing, and optimizing our global marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and deployment.
• Managing marketing automation integrations with CRM systems, ensuring adherence to rules and best practices.
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing data-driven insights for optimization.
• Researching and implementing the latest marketing automation strategies and best practices.
• Planning and executing A/B testing to improve conversion rates, campaign ROI, and sales growth.
• Collaborating with creative teams to bring marketing strategies to life through automation tools.
• Supporting lead generation efforts and database management, including lead lifecycle, scoring, nurturing, and segmentation.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing automation.
• Experience in marketing automation platforms and best practices, as well as traditional marketing tactics.
• Strong understanding of CRM integrations and marketing technology platforms.
• A track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns and demand creation assets.
• Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
