The Amazing Customer Service Representative team in Gdansk is built of 80+ Customer Service Representatives, 7 team leaders and 1 manager. They are a pretty big team, however, the atmosphere is friendly, sociable and positive. If you speak English and you like to work with other people - this might be something for you!

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Representative and overseeing the order to invoice process to meet all related goals and objectives of both, Arrow and our Customer. Team Leader ensures and further develops the right service level to our customers in line with company goals.

  • Coaching, training and developing the CSR team
  • Generating KPI's related to CSR performance metrics, areas for improvement and allocation of resources.
  • Managing performance within the team along with annual appraisal for all team members
  • Developing processes and procedures to ensure consistent sales support and customer satisfaction
  • Transition Management
  • Coordinating any Quality issue
  • People Management administrative tasks
  • Order Management - form Order to invoice processes
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers

What Are We Looking For?

  • English on min C1 level (both spoken and written), additional language is an asset.
  • At least 3-5 years of Customer Service, Order Management or Sales experience
  • Experience in leading the team and supply chain
  • Communication and coordination skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to handle demanding situations
  • Team player
