Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities
Assist the team where necessary in finding and resolving discrepancies, if any, in the reports.
Addresses any data error or issue raised by the managers and directors in the least possible time.
Performs support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in operational processes and procedures.
Maintain operational processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow.
Identify opportunities for improvement.

1. Field Marketing Process Optimization:
Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to streamline and optimize field marketing processes, with a focus on track line activities.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall effectiveness of Field Marketing Initiatives.
2. Business Platform Development:
Build and standardize business platforms to support field marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Supplier Collaboration:
Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to ensure alignment with marketing goals and objectives.
Synchronize data with suppliers to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, facilitating informed decision-making.
4. Tools Enablement:
Identify and implement tools that enhance efficiency and productivity within the region.
