This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively drive sales and develop profitable channel partners.
- Support Arrow ECS Sales Teams in named partner accounts by providing business development, enablement, training, and vendor specialization (including product knowledge, programs, and roadmap information).
- Manage designated Resellers, developing business to meet vendor targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with sales teams to ensure Arrow is involved in opportunities.
- Expand business relationships within existing partners to deepen engagement.
- Onboard new partners that fit the profile for Arrow.
- Maintain a proactive approach in collaboration with vendor teams.

Your Profile:
- Results-driven with strong forecasting skills.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Business-savvy, proactive, and quick to learn.
Nice to Have:
- IT sales experience.
