Team Summary
Arcesium is looking for a Designer to join the Product Management Group in our India offices. You'll be part of our growing team of designers and prototypers, and be responsible for designing new features on the Arcesium platform from concept to production.
This position offers exciting opportunities to shape an industry-leading product at a rapidly growing firm. You will work with product managers to understand what needs to be built, create visual designs, and then refine the designs with development, sales, and other groups at Arcesium. You and your team will lead design reviews, conduct user research, and define the firm's design direction.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Arcesium product vision and be in charge of offering design solutions by gathering project execution/timelines.
- Collaborate with product, development, and marketing to build a consistent design direction for the Arcesium
- Ensure right design tools are used to empathize, ideate, design, deliver and at development stage.
- Present design prototypes to customers and internal teams
- Lead design reviews with our product, development, and sales groups
- Contribute to Arcesium's design style and usability guidelines
- 1.5 to 5 years of career gap
- Have experience in or an interest in the hedge fund or related industries.
- Exceptional in verbal and written communication skills
- High level of personal maturity and a collaborative, optimistic attitude
- Subject matter expert (Product Design)
- Strong design skills, hand-on experience of using design process and working in group.
- Good management skills to work in a multiple/diverse stakeholders' environment.
