Position Summary

Arcesium is looking for a proactive and versatile Senior Corporate Marketing Specialist to join our New York City team. This role is perfect for a marketer who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a background in event management support, social media operations, and comprehensive data management, with experience in the financial services sector considered a significant plus.

Responsibilities

Event Management Support:
  • Take ownership of the comprehensive Smartsheet calendar, coordinating all logistical aspects of third-party sponsorships, conferences, and internal events.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, vendor management, and tracking key milestones to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Maintain communication with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to align event deliverables, handle last-minute changes, and resolve any logistical challenges.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-site needs for staff and speakers, ensuring all logistical elements are planned and executed seamlessly.
  • Track event-related expenses, manage budgets, and handle vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective event execution.
  • Provide post-event analysis, including detailed reporting on logistics, budget performance, and overall event effectiveness, using insights to improve future planning.
Social Media Logistics:
  • Own the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts are scheduled and published across all platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other channels as appropriate.
  • Post and help curate high-quality content, working closely with design and content teams to develop posts that engage target audiences and align with current industry trends.
  • Monitor social media platforms daily, responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) using tools such as HubSpot, providing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and refine strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.
Data Management:
  • Manage and analyze corporate marketing campaign data across multiple platforms, including Smartsheet, HubSpot, and Highspot, to track campaign performance and assess ROI.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics such as engagement, website traffic, social media engagement, and event performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to support the development of new corporate marketing initiatives, identify trends, and propose optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, providing leadership with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously review and improve data workflows and reporting processes to enhance corporate marketing initiatives' efficiency and accuracy.
Internal Communications:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership to help draft and distribute internal announcements/campaigns that communicate key messages and align with Arcesium's corporate goals.
  • Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all internal communications, tailoring content to different employee groups and communication platforms for maximum impact.
  • Help measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives by tracking engagement metrics and gathering feedback, using insights to continuously improve the company's internal messaging.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, particularly in a role that involves supporting event management and social media logistics.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Expertise in Smartsheet, Hub Spot, Highspot or similar project management and data analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.

The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
