Based out of Bangalore and Hyderabad, the FP&A team is responsible for firm wide management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. We partner with key stakeholders to help run the business, and produce high-quality analytics to enable decision-making across the Company. We are looking for a resourceful and self-driven finance professional with strong analytical and communication skills who is capable of partnering with senior stakeholders.
What you'll do:
• Analyze and report actual performance compared to budget and providing in-depth analysis of the variances and the underlying drivers, update projections accordingly.
• Prepare the budgets at various levels of granularity and participate in discussions with the business leaders to assess opportunities and risk, revise projections during the year
• Enhance existing revenue models and drive improvements in the planning process collaborating with all stakeholders involved.
• Analyze the pricing model and assess deal P&L, cash flow, metrics and financial viability, and highlight potential risks of a deal throughout the bid lifecycle from qualification through to deal with closure.
• Partner with the Sales teams and accounting team throughout the sales cycle in analyzing and making recommendations regarding deal-specific financial strategies and solutions
What you'll need:
• MBA in Finance or CA with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in partnering with Sales to provide financial advice throughout the lifecycle within a Financial Services SaaS/ Managed services organization
• Thorough understanding of key commercial and revenue recognition principles along with client contracting/pricing process
• Experience in corporate FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, actual analysis
• Knowledge of Finance and analytics tools such as Anaplan, Net Suite, Power BI, Oracle etc.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior personnel and influence them
