Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a talented Professional Services Account Manager to join our Professional Services Account Management team. This person will lead and manage flagship client relationships and large and complex strategic programs and projects, reporting directly to the Global Head of the team. The ideal candidate will be expected to deploy both short-term and long-term business objectives of some of the worlds largest and most successful Hedge Funds and Asset Management firms.

This is an opportunity for someone to personally impact the firm's strategic growth plans by shaping and influencing the strategy and development of various functions and operational outcomes. This role will inform executive leadership of decisions derived from insights drawn from your expertise and analysis. We are rapidly scaling and need someone with a "let's roll up our sleeves, solve this, fix that" kind of attitude, who can contribute thought leadership, and drive large transformational change.

Responsibilities:
  • Support software development activities and ensuring we deliver a superior level of service across all of Arcesium's offerings
  • Present to, and collaborate with, senior members of a hedge fund organization
  • Work closely with development and product management teams to design and implement solutions
  • Manage a program of technology initiatives across a variety of different disciplines to achieve each business unit's vision
  • Coordinate and oversee deliverables across a distributed team
  • Manage a discretionary development budget
  • Present solutions and recommendations to executive leadership and influence decision-making to achieve business objectives
  • Manage project details, from the creation of business cases and roadmaps, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resource allocations and stakeholders
  • Oversee implementation/transition projects for our largest and most complex flagship clients
  • Oversee creation of deliverables for multiple projects across a distributed, cross-functional team both internally and with clients
  • Solve problems and manage risks pre-emptively, while using metrics to drive projects forward
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of strategic program management or consulting experience, specifically with experience in Investor Allocations process and technology.
  • This individual must be an organized, process-oriented problem-solver who can multi-task and manage competing interests.
  • They must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong proficiency in process governance and managing software development roadmaps.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or finance/economics, with a strong record of academic achievement is required and an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are mandatory.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $190,000-$230,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.

The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
