Product Lead Customer/API Experience Products - Product Management Group
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon
We are looking for an exceptionally talented individual to join the Product Management Group in any one of our India offices. This group is responsible for working with technology teams throughout the process lifecycle to specify, develop, and implement the firms' infrastructure and new middle-and-back-office applications.
The customer/API experience product portfolio covers various customer touchpoints with the Arcesium platform throughout all stages of the customer journey including API/developer experience, front-end user experience, and overall customer experience. This portfolio is also responsible for creating common platform capabilities like reporting, file sharing, for all Arcesium products to leverage.
What you'll do:
- Contribute to the product vision for Arcesium's customer/API experience modules and common platform capabilities
- Establish and execute on the product strategy to create a delightful customer and platform experience
- Engage with customers and customer support and relationship teams to deeply understand what it takes to create a delightful customer experience
- Work closely with the engineers/architects to translate the product specification to design, and then to the product itself
- Be involved in conducting competitor analysis
- Articulate business cases, estimate timelines and budgets and communicate with all stakeholders, prepare project plans, release notes, etc.
- Work with other product managers for projects cutting across multiple business areas to provide comprehensive solutions
- 6+ years of overall work experience and minimum 2+ year experience in product management managing technical products/platforms
- Customer empathy and a deep understanding of customer needs, preferably with experience in building products/platforms for developers
- Strong technology background and experience of working with APIs
- Experience in working closely with engineering teams
- Outstanding academic background & passion to work in a high-tech software development environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to articulate standpoints/ideas and influence stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple lines of execution with attention to detail and quality
- A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude
- A healthy combination of resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity and execution prowess
