Designer - Product Management Group
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Delhi NCR
Arcesium is looking for a Designer to join the Product Management Group in our India offices. You'll be part of our growing team of designers, and be responsible for designing applications for the Arcesium platform from concept to production.
This position offers exciting opportunities to shape an industry-leading product at a rapidly growing firm. You will work with Designers, product managers and create visual designs, and then refine the designs with development, sales, and other groups at Arcesium. You and your team will lead design reviews, conduct user research, and define the firm's design direction.
What you'll do:
- Design intuitive web experiences, and be responsible for their design from concept to product release
- Collaborate with product, development, and marketing to build a consistent design direction for the firm
- Present design prototypes to customers and internal teams
- Lead design reviews with our product, development, and sales groups
- Contribute to Arcesium's style guide and usability guidelines
- A strong design portfolio, including examples of interaction design and data visualization
- Good knowledge of best practices in user experience, web performance, and accessibility
- Proficiency in your preferred web design software, such as Figma, photoshop and illustrator
- Experience working with development teams to create and refine designs
- Excellent presentation skills
