Arcesium seeks a talented Contract Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team. This person will facilitate and manage the contract process, facing off with clients, vendors, and strategic partners while working closely with Legal, Sales, Account Management, Product, and Finance teams internally. This individual will report to the Head of Sales Operations. Contract management is a critical part of the sales process and integral to Arcesium's success.
What You'll Do
- Create, prepare and review initial drafts of all client contracts.
- Meet with internal counsel and customers to reach an understanding and agreement on important legal and commercial terms.
- Ensure firm's contracts are well organized and maintained.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and devising plans to implement the changes
- Provide guidance and advice to different teams relating to contract terms
- Build and maintain relationships, along with internal and external stakeholder management
- Collaborate and present to senior stakeholders
- Assist the team with special projects, such as assisting sales team with contract processes, researching contract software etc.
What You'll need: - 5-7 years of experience in contract, legal or related work preferably in the field of finance, technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A passion for learning and an interest in financial services and/or financial technology.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a very dynamic environment and meet tight timelines.
