We are looking for a candidate who should be self-motivated and critical thinker with strong communication skills to join our Product Consulting Group. The team is the first point of contact for our clients, provides day to day support for the platform and workflow related issues. The team is also involved in handling/resolving any operational issues faced by clients while using our world-class suite of middle/back-office applications and follow with internal teams as per defined SLAs.
What you'll do:
- Point of Contact for assigned clients to handle various product and application related queries from clients and provide a timely resolution as per defined SLAs
- Manage the client mandate from product consulting perspective and ensure all their queries are addressed as expected.
- Effective resolution of operational queries raised by clients by using the platform and provide detailed explanation to the clients.
- Coordinate with Product and Release managers to prepare for new client and new fund onboarding.
- Train clients on how to use the Arcesium platform effectively.
- Create detailed documentation for future reference.
- Escalate issues (if any) to internal teams/senior management, as necessary
- Understand the criticality of issues raised by client and work closely with TRMs to provide RCAs as needed
- Prepare various MIS reports for both internal and external users
- Support internal tech teams in operational activities and quicker resolution of open issues.
- A minimum MBA in a financial discipline
- Proficient in Industry and domain knowledge
- Technical skillsets including knowledge of python and other languages would be preferable.
- An outstanding academic background with a passion to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables
- A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude
- Should be able to demonstrate delivering high-quality work under stringent deadlines
- Work experience between 2 to 4 years in financial services industry supporting Middle and back-office trade life cycle and/or interacting with Hedge Fund managers and other asset managers will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Treasury and/or Swaps, trade lifecycle
