Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia

Arcadia is looking for a proactive and results-driven RFP & Sales Enablement Manager to support and optimize our proposal processes and sales strategies. With a key role in front-to-end support of new RFP opportunities, you will be pivotal in crafting winning proposals by leveraging insights from across departments. Your collaboration with Product and Marketing will ensure our competitive edge in the marketplace. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of meeting deadlines and spearheading successful proposals. You'll work closely with senior growth leaders to refine our sales effectiveness and drive the creation of impactful sales enablement programs. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong writing skills, and are committed to deepening their understanding of our offerings to enhance proposal quality and sales tactics. What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
· Learn about our product suite to understand our value proposition and market differentiators
· Build relationships with subject matter experts
· Learn the available tools to help create RFPs and enablement materials, including Loopio, Salesforce, and the Arcadia Learning Management System (LMS)
· Support the project management and content creation of RFPs in collaboration with the lead RFP manager
· Learn the sales process and deal lifecycle to uncover areas for optimization and enablement
· Pass the first round of the product certification program (focused on product knowledge and company background/overview)

In 6 months
· Independently manage the end-to-end proposal process
· Become an administrator of Arcadia’s Loopio instance
· Collaborate with Marketing team and other SMEs to update existing library of content and develop new content
· Supports deal solutioning and pricing conversations alongside sellers and solution engineers
· Creation and maintenance of a Growth Enablement calendar/program
· Supporting and developing content for the sales certification program
· Pass the second round of the product certification program (focused on product deep dives)

In 12 months
· Become a key member of the Growth Operations team through RFP and RFI creation and completion, content creation, and supporting ad hoc sales questions and questionnaires
· Fully operationalize the Sales Enablement Certification program
· Lead multiple proposals independently 

What You'll Be Doing

  • RFP Management
  • RFP Process Management
  • Leading the end-to-end Request for Proposal process - to include opportunity qualification, proposal planning and scoping, RFP creation, and all requests for clarification and post-submission follow up
  • Collaborating with legal, marketing, finance, product and other SMEs to gather relevant information for proposal responses
  • Assisting sellers in identifying information needed to develop winning proposals and competitive pricing

  • Content Development
  • Developing and editing proposals, bids, quotes, and other documents. Those describing Arcadia’s products, solutions, and services in response to information requests from prospective clients
  • Tailoring responses to address client-specific needs and requirements

  • Content Management
  • Maintaining ownership of and working to optimize Arcadia’s RFP response software and content database (Loopio)
  • Developing compelling responses by effectively translating new product offerings, industry trends, current and emerging customer challenges, and changes in the market

  • Quality Assurance
  • Managing multiple projects while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in our messaging and pricing methodology.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of proposal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client expectations
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards; attention to detail is paramount

  • Sales Enablement
  • Improving and maintaining a holistic enablement program for the Arcadia Growth organization
  • Working at all levels within the Growth organization to support, coach, and enforce the knowledge and disciplines required to achieve our targets
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional subject matter experts to design and deliver relevant enablement programs
  • Helping lead and facilitate sales and account management onboarding activities
  • Working to continuously improve the Arcadia Sales Academy Certification program
  • Developing content and manage a regular cadence of Growth Team “Hot Topic” discussions

What You'll Bring

  • BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience working in a high-functioning sales organization
  • In-depth experience in healthcare with a strong emphasis on value-based care models, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and how technology can drive transformation
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored to diverse healthcare stakeholders
  • Must possess an unwavering attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications and proposals
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and able to learn other programs, as needed
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing policies and programs that drive improved sales performance
  • Able to independently plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse and deadline-driven workload
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills that can be applied to all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to consistently manage multiple simultaneous projects to strict deadlines
  • Ability to communicate to various stakeholders effectively and clearly, both within and outside the organization, with professionalism
  • Must thrive on the excitement and challenge of being on a lean and busy team

  • Familiar with the enterprise sales process preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
