Job Description
Usher/Ticket Takers will ensure all arena customer service needs are met during events. Usher/Ticket takers will greet all guest at all entrances with a verbal greeting, and direct guest to their seats or other locations as needed. Usher/Ticket takers will answer all venue questions upon request. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate of pay for this position is $20.13- $20.13. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet all guest with a smile and a verbal greeting upon entry to the arena.
- Admit guest into the venue who poses valid tickets, pass or credentials. Deny access to those who do not poses, the proper tickets.
- Provide guests with directions to all venue locations upon request.
- Direct guests to correct seats and resolve any seating issues that may arise.
- Monitor guest conduct and notify manager, supervisor and or security staff of any suspicious activity.
- Act upon all complaints in a prompt, friendly professional manner. Must display a positive attitude and always move with a sense of urgency.
- Must complete all tasks assigned by client/management, even those tasks outside of the employees' scope of work that are ethical and safe for the employee to perform.

Qualifications
- Must be friendly and personable, must always display excellent customer service skills.
- Must work well with other team members. Must have night, weekend & holiday availability.
- Must be able to report to scheduled shift on time, and work until the event has concluded and guest have vacated the building.
- Position requires standing and or walking for the entire shift.
- Position may require walking up and down stairs for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to understand and communicate written & verbal instructions in English.
