Job Description

The Strategic Account Manager will find new clients, business opportunities, form partnerships and support in maintaining current Aramark clients using our Technologies. The technologies include Digital Twinning and Internet of Things (IoT) programs. The position involves understanding the target audience, market opportunities, and effective outreach to drive success. The role will oversee the strategic client relationships and maintain the pipeline for new business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote Aramark Facilities Technologies using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships and networking
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads and establish relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Establish and achieve growth targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Support Facilities Directors of Business Development, Strategic Partnerships and Operations to grow and retain business
  • Analyze the market/market?s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business, and or Facilities Mgt
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to develop presentations and growth strategies
  • Knowledge in cost estimating and developing financial plans and budgets
  • Minimum of 3+ years in Marketing, Facilities and or Sales positions
  • Experience with analyzing data and managing project risks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to travel approximately 25% of the time
