Job Description
Position Summary: The Storeroom Clerk manages the inventory and storage of materials and supplies.
Job Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
? Receive and store all incoming food and supplies, noting any defects.
? Return improper or unacceptable products.
? Store groceries and supplies in the correct locations (e.g., meats and frozen vegetables in the freezer).
? Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
? Rotate stock according to FIFO guidelines.
? Perform daily and weekly sanitation cleanings.
? Complete monthly inventories.
? Perform special cleaning tasks and other duties as assigned.
