Job Description
To provide effective sales support for FF&E decorative products to Avendra customers. Excellent written and communication skills are required in order to effectively articulate product benefits and details to customers and suppliers.
Aramark?s Step Up to Leadership (S2L) Paid Internship Program targets motivated college underclassmen and rising seniors who are eager to gain valuable business skills and leadership experience. The S2L Program is designed to provide students with key experiences, expertise, and resources to help position them competitively for full-time positions post-graduation.
S2L interns gain relevant work experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and professional training to help them pursue what matters to them, both personally and professionally. Throughout the course of this premiere internship program, interns have the unique opportunity to take on leadership roles within Aramark while participating in structured program activities and development exercises.

COMPENSATION: The hourly compensation range for this position is $15.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities
Interface with customers to help determine their FF&E needs
Recommend products that meet our customer?s budget, functional and aesthetic needs by researching with our vendor representatives, catalogs, and the internet.
o Provide these recommendations to the customer in a professional format.
o Create detailed item specifications in our purchasing system.
o Assist with proactively checking on our orders.
o Assist with phone coverage for the team.
Qualifications
Step Up to Leadership Program:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a 4-year college or university - All majors welcomed; Eligible candidates must be graduating after August 2023.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future.
- Aramark does not offer housing with the exception of our remote Aramark Destinations locations.
A design background in order to assist the customer in product selection. Exceptional written and communication skills are required to effectively articulate product benefits and details to customers and suppliers.
Ability to work with microsoft suite
Excel knowledge
Ability to interact with business partners efficcientely
