We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing + Communications Manager to oversee the development and execution of our social media strategy, internal communications, high-profile presentations, special events and client engagement programs. The ideal candidate will excel in managing marketing initiatives, special events, and communications, ensuring seamless alignment with brand objectives and the needs of target audiences.

Job Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Content Development

  • Develop and manage content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, ensuring consistent alignment with brand objectives and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with influencers to amplify brand messaging and drive engagement across platforms.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content to maximize reach and engagement.

High Profile Meetings & Sales Presentations

  • Support with changes to sales presentations to enhance format and ensure repeatability of impactful elements.
  • Oversee operational planning and execution for high-profile presentations and meetings, including logistics, content, tastings, and gifting elements.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute all industry, client, and prospect events to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, program development, budgeting and post-event follow-up.

Gifting & Client Engagement

  • Oversee client engagement program, ensuring timely and thoughtful execution of touch points and messaging.
  • Identify opportunistic messaging opportunities to strengthen client relationships.

Internal Communications

  • Develop and manage a strategic internal communications plan to deliver consistent, transparent, and engaging messaging that aligns with company goals and culture. This includes overseeing weekly messaging, newsletters, and opportunistic communications.
  • Create and implement real-time communication opportunities to share best practices, celebrate successes, and enhance collaboration across the organization.

Required Experience:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for B2B and B2C engagement
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnership development
  • Knowledge of internal communication strategies and tools
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a creative director to external firms, agencies and internal resources
  • Demonstrated communication and creative writing skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Marketing acumen and understanding of how to manage multiple projects at once

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, event planning, communications or marketing
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is required, creative software preferred (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite)?
  • Position requires flexibility to travel up to 35%, including overnight

COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
