Job Description
As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with the VP Marketing Strategy + Innovation of Design + Development, to lead several brand and experience initiatives primarily focused on capital investment projects, premium services activations and consumer facing technology implementation. You will be developing meaningful, data driven use cases, crafting enhanced guest experiences, creating compelling presentations for our field and clients, liaising with cross functional teams, and leading heavy project management and administrative work to include tracking tasks, managing communications and progress, and coordinating design development, branding, construction, and field implementation.
You will partner closely with corporate functional teams (Data Science, Business Development, IT, Finance, and Culinary), as well as the field operation teams (General Managers and venue department heads) to ensure the conceptual strategy and tactics align with the corporate and regional operational goals and vision.

You will manage all aspects affiliated with specified design and development projects. This will include the management of 3rd?party creative firms, architecture firms and general contractors, as well as management of internal design processes and procedures in collaboration with the Business Resource Center, IT, and Operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Project manage design, development, construction and implementation of new concepts and brands
- Exercise creativity and independent thinking to develop new programs for testing
- Collaborate with Data Science team to measure sales results of new concepts and make recommendations for the viability of future roll outs
- Build field implementation guides and brand books for new concept roll out and scale
- Work closely with field operations team to roll out and maintain concept standards
- Support design and development efforts across the S&E business which result in increased client satisfaction and consumer experiences.
Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- Ideal candidate will possess at least 6+ years of project management experience in the food and beverage sector
- Exposure to the design development process preferred
- Hyper-competitive, aggressive and diligent with a strong desire to think differently
- Excellent organizational skills including time and project management
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts
- Self-driven, confident and creative
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is required?
- Position requires flexibility to travel up to 30%, including overnight
