Job Description
The Senior Event Supervisor Position is an integral part of catering operations. Senior Event Supervisor holds duties related to successful execution and coordination of events. The position entails a need for excellent attention to detail and communication skills; ability to multitask on a variety of projects simultaneously, accurate distribution of pertinent information both internally to all departments as well as to clients and related vendors. You will be expected to have excellent client and employee relations skills.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $28.00 to $30.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
? Office work would include packet creation, and food /bar sign creation.
? Assist the Catering Operations Manager in overseeing the day of event execution.
? Vendor load-in supervision
? Temp staff check-in on the day of events.
? Work with company vehicles to pick up and drop off food and catering equipment.
? Facilitate deliveries between BOH and event locations (Day of events).
? Conduct walk-throughs of event spaces day after event to ensure all event
materials are returned to the proper locations and spaces are left in good
condition.
? Supervise events as needed.
? Willing to serve or run tables as needed.
? Bartending knowledge, to assist when needed.
? Assist in uniform inventory (Will assist in uniform adherence with staff).
? Smallwares monthly inventory, transfer of smallware inventory between locations.
? House linen controls.
? Continually train new staff and hold all staff accountable for proper catering etiquette.
Schedule
Wednesday (We hold a meeting crucial to the team's success). Mainly Friday-Sunday (including holidays), timing is event-dependent.

Qualifications
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Must complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year as a lead
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Maintain emotional control under stress
- Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
- Strong organizational skills
Minimum Education/Certification - High School Diploma/GED
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
