Yosemite Hospitality is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth across multiple properties, culinary venues, and banquet operations. As a Sales Manager, you?ll collaborate with diverse teams to create memorable events, foster strong client relationships, and showcase Yosemite?s unparalleled charm.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate & Strategize: Partner with Sales & Marketing Leadership, operational teams, and accounting to align strategies, draft compelling contracts, and meet property revenue goals.
- Exceed Targets: Drive sales and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals within your assigned sales category.
- Orchestrate Events: Secure accurate meeting spaces, manage client timelines, and deliver seamless installations while ensuring exceptional service for every group.
- Build Relationships: Conduct site visits, telephone solicitations, and RFP follow-ups to generate new business, strengthen client relationships, and secure contracts.
- Drive Excellence: Provide top-notch customer experiences by collaborating with departments, following up with clients, and maintaining impeccable attention to detail throughout the sales process.
- Leverage Expertise: Input data into sales software, generate contracts, and participate in professional organizations to stay ahead of industry trends and discover new opportunities.
- Be the Go-To: Participate in sales team meetings and weekly BEO discussions, and serve as the primary liaison with banquet leaders at each property. Ensure events run smoothly by providing guidance to banquet leadership, proactively addressing any concerns, and reviewing final billing submitted by the banquet team to confirm accuracy.
- Precision Expert: Harness your meticulous attention to detail to anticipate needs, prevent potential issues, and ensure flawless operations that consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Promote Positivity: Foster a culture of service excellence, goodwill, and enthusiasm in every interaction with clients and team members.

What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 5+ years in Catering, Banquets, Hotel Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Education: A bachelor?s degree in hospitality, sales, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at influencing and inspiring others to deliver exceptional results.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain composure and make decisions under pressure.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint) and familiarity with property management systems (Amadeus/Delphi preferred).
- Flexibility: Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Driver?s License: A valid driver?s license is required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
