COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $72,000 to $82,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Leadership Team and operational leaders to align your sales approach with the property's goals and draft contracts that reflect our sales strategy.
  • Drive sales revenue by exceeding quarterly and annual targets within your defined sales category.
  • Leverage effective prospecting techniques to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by meeting timelines and deliverables for installation, working closely with client partners.
  • Present our unique offerings to prospective clients and win new business through effective sales methods.
  • Implement a mix of sales strategies, including an effective outside sales program.
  • Keep the sales software database updated on a daily or weekly basis, as advised by Sales Management.
  • Prepare for client appointments by conducting thorough client research, customizing sales materials, and making use of available resources.
  • Champion communication channels with Operational Leaders to ensure seamless coordination of group bookings.
  • Embrace a culture of guest service, promoting courtesy, goodwill, and a positive attitude in every interaction.
  • Foster a cooperative and friendly work environment, collaborating with fellow leaders.
  • Fulfill any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, although equivalent experience in business-to-business or outside sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience will also be considered.
  • Proven track record of generating new accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of general sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong business communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to maintain excellent relationships with cross-functional leaders and line level staff while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Basic computational ability.
  • Ability to focus, maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions.
