Aramark is currently seeking a Premium F&B Manager to support the Founder's Suites and Premium Food & Beverage Department at the University of Tennessee Athletics, home of the Tennessee Volunteers! Reporting to the Director of Premium, the Premium F&B Manager will oversee food & beverage operations for the Founder?s Suites. The Founder?s Suites are Tennessee Athletics? newest premium expansion, poised to debut for the 2025 football season as a pinnacle of exclusivity and luxury within Neyland Stadium. In addition to the Founder?s Suites, the Premium F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading other Premium food & beverage areas and catering special events operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee suites and catering operations for a variety of special events
- Develop and maintain effective rapport with Founders, VIPs, and high caliber clients
- Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients? needs
- Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
- Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders
- Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree preferred or at least 2 years of previous management or supervisory experience in special events, hospitality, or catering required
- Experience and knowledge of wine and spirits required. Mixology related experience preferred
- Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships required
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication and client relation skills
- Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic
- Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have availability to work event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours
