Job Description
The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the culinary operation. The supervisor should safely handle knives and equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, etc. The Culinary Supervisor may be responsible for cooking and preparing food according to recipes and production guidelines while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. Essential functions and responsibilities?of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements?and business needs.?
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate of pay for this position is $34.00- $37.00. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Schedule/Assign daily work assignments and oversee the completion of tasks
- Kitchen closing
- Training staff on job duties
- Cook and prepare a variety of food
- Set up workstations and prepare ingredients based off recipes
- Maintains excellent customer service skills
- Adheres to Aramark Safety Policies
- Effectively leads teams
- Ability to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in similar role required
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
