Job Description
The Patient Transport Supervisor position is responsible for developing and implementing patient transport solutions. Patient Transport Supervisors offer a wide variety of transport solutions to meet customer and client needs.
This position will be located at Main Line Health Bryn Mawr Hospital in Bryn Mawr, PA.
Job Responsibilities
? Transport patients in a high-volume department.
? Collaborate with supervisory staff to help problem solve and mitigate potential issues.
? Daily interaction with hospital patients, staff and leadership to ensure timely and efficient services.
? Provide daily direction to transport staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed to for patient safety.

? Provide exceptional customer service experience to patients and staff.
? Analyze and provide problem resolution.
? Management experience within a healthcare/hospital environment preferred.
? Experience training employees; acts as a backup to Patient Transport Manager.
? Proficient using the computer (Microsoft Office).

Qualifications
? Management experience within a healthcare/hospital environment, preferred
? Minimum of three (3) years' experience and up to two years' experience in a management role
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
? Proven experience providing exceptional customer service
? Experience troubleshooting and providing resolution to issues
? Experience providing coaching/training to employees
? Proficient using the computer (Microsoft Office)
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or use of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
