Aramark SeniorLIFE+ has an immediate opening for a Nutrition and Wellness Manager supporting the Northeast region including PA, NY, MD and DC. . This position has the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability to provide nutrition services that are in full compliance with all regulatory statutes, company policies and procedures, and financial performance targets. Collaborates with the regional and division operations team to support strategic planning and operational performance.

This position will work from a home office (located within the supported region) and require 50% overnight travel.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and manage Registered Dietitians (RDs), including performance evaluations and training.
• Develop and manage budgets for RD services, track expenses, and implement retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through audits, mock surveys, and educational training.
• Review quality audits and develop training programs to address any issues.
• Engage with clients to discuss survey management, quality measures, and performance concerns.
• Support consistent communication of company initiatives and policies to clients and clinical teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team to market clinical capabilities, participate in sales presentations, and ensure service agreements meet financial targets.
• Engage in strategic planning, product development, performance reviews, and the implementation of clinical programs and resources for new business.

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist as accredited by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed in state in accordance with local licensure requirements.
• 5 plus years of experience in Long Term Care in clinical and food service management.
• Contract management experience preferred.
• Can successfully manage multiple administrative duties and field support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
