B2C Marketing Director

The position will have responsibility for a range of marketing activities focused on driving participation and account level support tied to our culinary vision. They will have direct oversight and supervision for Regional Marketing Managers.

Job Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for shaping our brand's strategic direction while ensuring effective execution across various marketing initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of brand management, budgeting, and operations support:

  • Brand Strategy & Development: Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that align with Student Nutrition goals and culinary vision.
  • Field Marketing Strategy: Create and maintain field marketing strategies inclusive of playbooks and promotions calendars.
  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting processes for all field marketing related initiatives.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams and region leadership to provide targeted support during peak sales seasons, enhancing overall performance and customer engagement.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and develop Regional Marketing Managers, providing training and execution support to ensure alignment with brand strategies and initiative to drive base business growth.
  • Dining Environment: Take ownership of the full dining environment and student promotions, ensuring it reflects the brand?s values and enhances the overall student experience.
  • Student Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives aimed at increasing student engagement and satisfaction within the dining environment.
  • Industry expert: Studies industry marketing trends, competitors, and maintains feedback loop with internal stakeholders to gather insights to improve strategies and execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand strategy and development, preferably within the food service or retail sectors.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for strategy improvement.
  • Leadership experience, with a focus on team development and support.

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university, degree in Nutrition or Hospitality Master's degree preferred
  • Travel ? up to 75%

COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $140,000 to $150,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
