Job Description
The Lobby Concierge will engage all incoming clients, guests, vendors and colleagues entering into the building. The Lobby Concierge will have a positive, attentive, energetic and approachable attitude. The Lobby Concierge must be able to deliver the highest level of hospitality while keeping a consistent level of service while escorting High Net worth Guests and Clients to multiple locations within the building.
Job Responsibilities
? Greet all high net-worth clients, external guests, colleagues and vendors when they enter the Citi building maintaining eye contact acknowledging them promptly using ?Good morning/Good Afternoon?
? Speaking warmly while staying professional, engaging clients and guests while efficiently assisting in the check in process or escorting them to their destination

? Reviewing and committing to memory the profiles for VIP guests that are expected for the day
? Recognizing and welcoming VIP guests
? Register all visitor?s names within the building access portal and provide each guest with a visitor?s day pass to gain access into the building and/or designated floor
? All visitors will be asked to supply proper government credentials.
? The Lobby Concierge will notify the host and escort the guest to the proper elevator bank.
? Gaining an understanding of the client culture, key areas of activity and creating transparency by serving as an extension of the client
? Communicating effectively with team members and passing on necessary information to colleagues
? Maintaining a strong awareness of business activity and communicating all updates with your team member
? Proven skill in developing relations with guests, vendors and internal colleagues.
? Excellent office and computer skills
? In-depth understanding of essential hospitality standards and company policies.
? Maintain a professional, polite and considerate manner at all times

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 2 years hands-on experience working events
- Time management and ability to communicate effectively
- Strong computer skills
- Working well with diverse team
- Excellent multitasker that remains calm under pressure
- Eager to learn and proactive
