Job Description

As an IT Analyst specializing in Healthcare Software Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of critical software applications within healthcare settings. Primary software focus is supporting our internally developed CMMS platform, Facility Fit Pro and its related integrations. Your responsibilities will span software development and support, testing, and participating in software upgrade projects. This position functions as an integral part of the IT team in leveraging technology to meet and exceed our customers? expectations and our company?s financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

Project Collaboration and Communication

Work with a team of Developers and other software specialist roles to enhance, support, and maintain our software.

Provide technical skills and report on assigned task as required to complete your objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.

Work effectively with project members and end-users, providing clear communication and guidance.

Technical Application Support

Resolve or triage support calls from end-users related to software issues.

Use C#, SQL Server, WebAPI, Telerik Controls, HTML 5, CSS 3 to develop applications

Ensure timely resolution of incidents to minimize disruptions in healthcare services.

Provide assigned support during system go-lives and upgrade projects, including off-hour releases as required.

Develop Front End User Interfaces that best promote our capabilities.

Develop Middleware capabilities both to sustain the current software and to integrate with other platforms.

Develop Databases and reports to allow users to analyze their own performance.

Software Installs & Upgrades

Plan and execute software upgrades in coordination with relevant teams.

Install, configure, and deploy healthcare software applications.

Report to the Project Manager all necessary information to ensure success at our clients.

Conduct thorough testing post-installation to verify functionality and compatibility.

Qualifications

A college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.

Fundamental knowledge of Windows, PCs, SQL, databases, and software applications.

Experience in PowerBI, Telerik Reporting, or similar reporting and BI tools.

Knowledge of Mobile applications development for both Android and iOS systems a plus.

Proficient in support of integration components & web services

Experience with creation and maintenance of functional and/or technical specifications

Experience with MS SQL Server Management Studio and tools

Experience with change control processes

Experience in C#, SQL Server, WebAPI, Telerik Controls, HTML 5, CSS 3 required

Experience with Web applications / Azure Cloud / Azure SQL

Familiarity with APIs and other integration platforms.

Experience with SaaS models and applications is advantageous.

Experience with Agile project methodologies.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong oral and written communications skills

Education

Bachelors preferred
